Emily is an experienced Accredited Practicing Dietitian who is dedicated to helping individuals achieve their health and wellness goals. Emily enjoys guiding her clients through the nutritional stages pre and post bariatric surgery. She is passionate about helping her clients improve their eating behaviours and relationship with food to ensure they can achieve maximal results long term.
Emily believes food should be enjoyed, and understands what works for one person may not be practical for the next. Advice needs to be person-centred and tailored to individual’s goals to achieve the best outcomes. She is passionate about taking the fear and confusion out of eating – particularly the constant bombardment of one diet fad after another. Emily aims to help you work towards your goals in a non-judgmental, supportive environment.
Emily also specialises in gut health (especially IBS and the low FODMAP diet) and sports nutrition.
